Stanley Dania

Stanley Dania is a seasoned investment banker and private sector development expert with over 25 years’ experience, as both an advisor and a principal, in mid-market mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory.

Stanley has successfully completed deals with an aggregate value of $5 billion, including nearly $2 billion of financing raised in major capital markets. He has led and executed 40+ sellside and buyside M&A, and financing transactions across a broad range of industries and regions including: Energy Services in the prolific US shale basins; Midstream Infrastructure and Power in Canada; as well as Private Equity, Project Finance, Agribusiness and TMT in Africa.

Stanley has a track record of working with business leaders and policymakers in both the public and private sectors. He is passionate about entrepreneurs, access to finance, and helping businesses progress along the maturity curve – having cut his teeth working with business owners  quite early in his career, first as a banker and then as the CFO of a publicly listed industrial company, advancing credit and trade terms to customers.

Stanley holds an executive MBA from IESE Business School (Barcelona); chartered accounting designations, Fellow (Nigeria) and Associate (Canada); and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Benin.

Massood Oroomchi

Massood Oroomchi has over 45 years of financial experience advising a full range of public and private organizations across diverse industries. He specializes in the design and implementation of internal control programs and executing mid-market Mergers and Acquisitions and pre-IPO transaction support, including integrations.

He has developed a comprehensive and customizable risk-based Internal Control Solution, that covers the breadth of due diligence inquiries buyers typically make and positions clients to proactively address them.

As a finance executive, Massood has worked extensively in various senior finance positions in a cross section of industries including oil & gas (Vice-President and Controller of Enbridge Group of Companies) and information technology organizations (Senior VP Finance & Administration of Descartes Systems Group). He has also worked in public practice in Canada, Europe and the Middle East (PricewaterhouseCoopers). 

Massood is a widely regarded public speaker, executive coach, and fully qualified instructor for the Provincial CPA Institutes across Canada. He is a past-member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Executives International in Canada and Past-Chair of its Audit & Finance Committee. He is also a past-member of the Accounting Standards Oversight Council of the Canadian CPA Institute. Massood is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (England & Wales) and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Queen Mary College, University of London, England.
